Property Management within Landlord CMS allows the user to add, edit, delete all of their properties. It allows the user to add as much information regarding the property as possible, as well as adding photos and floor plans. Once the property is added the user will be able to assign tenants to the property.
Tenant Management will allow the landlord to control all of the details about their tenants in one secure place. The tenant management allows the landlords to assign tenants to a certain property.
Not only does Landlord CMS come with a fully operating backend to maintain your properties, but it also comes with an SEO friendly front end website. The front end website allows the user to target their main keywords. For example if a landlord only maintains properties in Manchester, then they are able to only target keywords such as "rentals manchester".
The website also comes with search ability for visitors as well as contact form for each property on the website. You as the landlord are also able to change the look and feel of the website. If you already have a website then dont fear the Landlord CMS backend can provide an XML feed from your database so that you can import your properties direct into your current website.
Landlord CMS has the ability to work with all of the major property portals. Whether you have an account with Rightmove, FindaProperty, Zoopla or all three by using Landlord CMS you can automatically update your properties.
User Management will allow you to create more than one user for the Property Management Software. This feature can be essential for a letting agency who have many employees. Whether its to add new users, edit current users, edit user permissions the user management section will able you to do this.
The Property Management Software is currently in pre development. We are working alongside landlords and letting agents on developing ideas for the landlord software. Once we feel we have a software research we will move into development. Landlord CMS is scheduled to be released July 2011.
